The OECD and the SNA are engaged, through the MENA OECD  Governance Programme Training Centre, in promoting knowledge dissemination and good administrative practices in MENA (Middle East North Africa) countries with the aim of developing individual skills and improving the efficiency of public administrations. Its overall goal is  improving efficiency of the administrative procedure and supporting the modernization of the public sector.

The Centre is not only a hub for high quality international training, but also for policy and governance dialogue, based on traditional and technology advanced distance-learning methodologies and techniques in order to better meet the specific needs of beneficiary countries”.

The Centre is aimed at senior public officials and practitioners of public governance in the MENA region. However, senior public officials from OECD countries and representatives of international organisations are also invited to join the policy dialogue and training courses.
